There are no delivery costs for purchases made in Australia.

Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.) Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following work day.

We will deliver your products to the delivery address in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process. If you need to change your delivery address after shipment, then we may not be able to fulfil your request.

During peak sale periods, please also allow 5-10 business days for your order to be dispatched. Any delivery periods displayed in this policy or on the site are estimates only, based on the information provided by the delivery company.

ZOR Parfums does not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by a third party. If you have not received your order within 21 days, please email us at info@zorparfums.com.

We may leave the products at your premises. Risk in the products will pass to you as soon as they are delivered to the delivery address provided in your order.

We will take reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However, we will not be liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of your incorrect data entry.

Order placed within Australia are dispatched from Sydney.

Risk-Free Returns

Commitment can be hard. We've made it easy.

Every fragrance comes with a complimentary 3mL sample to test before committing to your new fragrance. Test the sample vial before opening the perfume box.

If you decide the fragrance is not right for you, send us an email and return your purchase within 14 days from receiving the perfume for a full refund. Return shipping costs will be at the customers expense.

Please ensure you do not remove or tamper with the sealed perfume box. Any box that is deemed, at our discretion, to be opened or tampered with, will not be eligible for a refund.
